I realize that this post isn't really photography related, but I felt it nice to have a quick post of my dog Chance. With all this snow its tough to find models that enjoy walking around outside.
His name is Chance and he is a King Charles Spaniel mix. I rescued him four Christmas's ago from a fantastic shelter called the Second Chance Animal Shelter in Brookfield. They have an amazing crew there that really takes cares of their pets and work hard to make sure they all get adopted.
He's a very friendly dog that enjoys relaxing, wandering and sniffing. And he is fairly independent.
These are a few photos of him taken a couple days ago with my Fujifilm X-E2.
As you can see he has a white chin, chest and two front paws. He really stood out to me when I first met him. One thing he likes to do is shove his face in the snow from time to time. You can see a bunch of snow on his chin in this photo.
Being a Spaniel his ears are pretty expressive. As well as his eyes. One of the few dogs I know that when you talk to him will look you in the eye as if listening to you.
I'm sure to do another post about him when this winter passes. At least he's enjoying.
Here's one photo from two months ago before the snow arrived in MA.
